Manage Employee Training Requirements on a Single Platform.

Employees now want a tailored learning experience in the palm of their hands, complete with an appealing user interface. Relevant learning provided to any mobile or tablet OS boosts their total engagement and productivity by offering seamless connectivity to courses and content while they are working. A training management system should be at the heart of an enterprise's whole training program. It will provide them the ability to manage any aspect of the business from the system and enable them to connect all of their other chosen tools to it.

The LMS (Training) Module of Digital HRMS allows the Training department to allocate online training sessions for the employees and also allows them to schedule classroom training with ease. The module also allows users to view their training calendar and the trainings that are available for them for every quarter. It allows for seamless management of employee training requirements, with a balance of classroom and online trainings.

All the notifications regarding trainings can be viewed here. Notifications can also be viewed from the Bell icon.

Under this tab, the user can view the Training Goal, along with the details of the classroom trainings and online trainings in a graphical form, under the My Classroom Trainings and My Online Trainings sections respectively. This tab also showcases a list of trainings allocated to the user under every quarter.

Under this tab the training that are repeated in regular intervals can be viewed here.

Here there are suggested trainings for the particular employee by managers or HR. These can be suggested keeping in mind the employee's assessment and progress.

The Team Trainings tab is only visible to the L1 and L2 Managers and the Training Admin. When the Manager clicks on the Team Trainings tab, a list of trainings for which the team has filed nominations, are displayed, as shown in the screenshot below.

By clicking on the particular employee, the L1 and L2 Managers and Training Admin can view the trainings assigned to that particular employee.

When the Training Admin user clicks on the Pending Approvals tab, a list of training nominations that are pending for approval from the Reporting Manager of the employee, are displayed along with other details, as shown below.

The Training Admin can choose to Approve or Reject the nominations by clicking on the respective buttons, as highlighted in the screenshot above.

All the trainings for the employees that needed to be completed are displayed in this tab.

The Training Admin has the rights to view all the scheduled Trainings and manage the details as required under the Manage Trainings tab.

The Training Admin has the access to view the training requests raised by Managers in the organization, depending on the training requirements of their respective teams.

This permission is given to all employees.

Manage TNI
stands for Training Needs Identification and it's the responsibility of the Training Admin to identify training needs of all employees.

Manage Goal Setting
The Goals for trainings are set here by the training admin for the employees with start and end dates.

The Reports tab is where the training team can create automated reports to analyze various aspects of trainings as well as participant attendance, training goals completed, training requirements and more.


Integrate with other installed HR modules and streamline various functions.
