The Digital HRMS has a complete Recruitment module that comprises the separate stages of recruitment, starting from creating the requirement, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, initiating hiring, and releasing the offer. The status of each candidate at every stage can be seen on separate dashboards.

Users can add, edit or delete job postings by clicking on the View Job Postings tab under the Recruitment tab. Users can view a list of jobs, along with relevant details. Through the system, the recruiter can post these openings on the company website.

The various steps and activities are notified to the Recruiters, Managers, and HR through emails as well as displayed in the Bell Icon “ ”as notifications.

The RRS dashboard presents the current open positions within the organization. It also gives complete information about the requirement. Example: positions, required skillsets, business unit, required from, etc.

Once the RRS goes to the Recruiter, they can source the candidate from the sourcing Dashboard. Recruiters can differentiate candidates on the basis of email ID. There is a Duplicate Resume Dashboard. If there is duplicity, select one particular candidate, and click on Confirm (highlighted in the screen below), all other duplicates will be removed.

Digital Resume Parser (DRP), a product of The Digital Group Infotech (T/DG), provides you the automated solution of extracting intelligent data from candidate resumes and helping the HR & Recruitment teams to eliminate the old tedious manual process of extracting data. This in turn saves time and efforts of the team by automating the process of data extraction, analysis, and storage.

The Shortlisting Dashboard provides an overview of all the prospective candidates contacted by the recruiters, including even those candidates who have not expressed interest in applying for the job. The profiles of the candidates applying directly through job portals are also visible on the Shortlisting Dashboard. It serves as a database of candidates whose skills and experience match the job requirements.

The Interview Dashboard displays all scheduled interviews as well as interviews that have been conducted. It also displays information about pending feedback, the current status of candidates, and at what stage of the recruitment process the candidate has reached. The Recruiter can schedule interviews and initiate hiring from this dashboard.

The candidate dashboard of Digital HRMS allows you to view the candidate status and status graph, along with a Grid View which will display all the information about the candidates. Users can also search using the RRS Title, Candidate Status or also by the Candidate Name.

Digital HRMS also offers the existing employees of the organization the opportunity to refer candidates for any open position within the organization through the system via the Candidate Referral page.

Through the Digital HRMS, the Recruitment team can maintain a repository of the resumes of candidates they have sourced, candidates who have applied through the website, and referrals.
