June 2024: The release of Digital HRMS Leave & Attendance Module focused on Various enhancements and functionalities, which helps to easy handling of the leave and attendance process to employees.

Enhancements Released in the Release

• The Admin can see records for all the employees in the selected Organizations in a multi-selection drop field.
• There is now a checkbox "Same as Current Address" for "Permanent Address" field in leave application.
• There is automatic deduction/addition of leave balance on pro-rated basis if employee leaves in mid-month/quarter/year.
• Multiple attendance regularization request in one go" for both Time Based and Day based AR Categories can now be raised.
• Weekly-offs & Holiday Rules-now Intervening Holiday(s) are considered in new Admin set up.
• Now in the new set-up AR Requested Duration over Present Duration is allowed.
