July 2024: The release of Digital HRMS PMS Module enhancements regarding additional components of Goal Setting. The HR platform of Digital HRMS has released new updates in the Performance Management System (PMS) module with few enhancements in few functionalities in additional components of Goal Setting.
Enhancements Released in the Release
- The "Review Frequency" field can now be added for setting both Appraisal Types & Goal Setting in performance management.
- Form Status (pending, submitted etc.) of Appraisal Cycles are now displayed business unit wise in the PMS Dashboard and are colour coded.
- The admin can now Enable/Disable Goal Definition & Additional Component.
- The Additional Components of Goal Setting is non-editable while setting up goals, however the Additional Components can be edited while filling assessment form.
