Explore the New Feature Updates in Digital HRMS Release 78

January 2022: The Release 78 of Digital HRMS having new functionality and improvements for customizing various modules. The Administration, Dashboard, Employee Management, Employee Self Service, Leave & Attendance, My Details, Performance Assessment, and Recruitment modules included new features to expanding upon the platform's wide range of capabilities.

A Quick Look at What's New

Admin Configuration

  • Admin can assign BU Head to each Business unit.
  • Probation and Notice Period added when Employment Types are created.
  • Role based permission for My Details is given, and "Download Documents" Tab permissions is configurable as per Roles.

HRMS Dashboard

  • Leave Type Tool Tips, Total Monthly Hours & Shortfall Hours on My Attendance Card and Team Card are displayed for the users (for all roles).

Employee Management

  • HR can bulk import employees for employee creation.
  • HR can bulk import documents under Employee Management against employees.

Employee Self Service

  • "Note" field should be editable so that the user (for all roles) can add any notes related to the activity while creating voucher.

Leave & Attendance

  • AR requests for future date with occurrences can be raised.
  • AR requests for weekly offs /holidays can be raised.
  • Comp-off expiration can be set by the admin.
  • Total duration of occurrences & duration per occurrences in AR requests can be added.
  • File Size for "Upload File" will be displayed.

PMS

  • When, employee receives goal form, they can Add/Remove Goals and submit it. The manager can approve or reject the changes done by the employee in the goal form.
  • The admin can choose 1st level Goal-setter, who will set goals for employees.

Recruitment

  • An employee icon is added in the grid header to parse a single candidate in the Sourcing Dashboard.
