Discover the Digital HRMS Feature Updates in the Release 79

February 2022: The Release 79 of Digital HRMS includes new functionality and improvements for customizing various modules. The release focuses primarily on Admin Configuration, HRMS Dashboard, Employee Management, Employee Self Service, Leave & Attendance, My Details, Performance Assessment, and Recruitment modules.

New Updates at a Glance

Admin Configuration

  • New Violations & Occurrence included in Admin Set up.
  • The users (for all roles) can create discussion as per permission given by Admin.
  • The Admin/HR can upload employee details through excel with different templates so that they can be able to create bulk employees with all the employee details in one go.
  • After upload Employee details through Excel and the Admin/HR can validate the provided records in excel template and get the invalid records highlight, so that they can do corrections on invalid records.
  • The Admin/HR canadd new bookmarks/placeholders for the existing email templates.
  • When any email notification gets failed, Email Scheduler skip the error notification and complete the remaining notifications.
  • The organization filter on Support Team Tab of Chat is showed to the Admin/HR on mobile app. They can select single/multiple organizations option.

HRMS Dashboard

  • Managers while approving the pending requests on mobile, can view instructions for multiple approval.
  • There is a Navigation Home link to re-direct the user (for all roles) to HRMS Home Page.

Employee Management

  • The HR has the ability to bulk update Grade for one/multiple Employees via "Employee Bulk update" Tab.
  • HR can bulk Import Documents under Employee management against Employees.

Leave & Attendance

  • There is a Reset button while applying for Leave/WFH/AR/Comp Off for the user’s (for all roles) convenience.
  • The Admin can configure, the shortfall hours calculation in attendance management on the basis of whether the employee had worked on Weekly offs/Holiday/Optional Holidays.
  • Now for the Leave Type Compensatory Off is allowed for half day.

Learning Management System (LMS)

  • There is an option to view reports of total Time spent on Training Material by the trainee.
  • The user (for all roles) while using Mobile App on Android Platform can upload video files should be in compressed form for assignments of Classroom Trainings, so that user (for all roles) can easily upload large size video files.
  • There is an option for HR to bulk upload candidates from Onboarding module for training.
  • There is an “Training Export to Excel” feature for Employee Attendance in Classroom Training.
  • The waiting list sequence number to the Trainee who enrolled for classroom Training with limited seats will be shown.
  • Certificates for completed Trainings will be shared to Trainees.
  • The Training Schedule will send Reminder Emails for Pre/Post Assessment of trainings to trainees.
  • The user (for all roles) can preview the document even in xlsx, docx and pptx files along with mp4 files format on the Training Details page.

My Details

  • Bulk Document import template for bulk upload data is added and displayed.
  • Country Codes selection is added while entering Employee's Mobile Numbers.

Performance Management System (PMS)

  • The user (for all roles) has the ability to Configure/Master color codes to categorize different score levels, so that different color cards will be displayed in Employee Appraisal form as per the score achieved for aligned KRA/Competency.
  • HR will be able to create Multiple Goal Form Templates in a Goal Period with same Review levels.
  • HR/Admin is able to choose "Appraisal Assessment" of final rating calculation either as Average of All Levels Ratings or as Last Level/Assessor's Rating.
  • The HR can create & initiate Appraisal Cycle Based on Set Goal Forms.
  • When the probation of an employee is extended, then Probation Extension document is shared with the employee.
  • Then HR/admin is able to see "Final rating” of each employee with as per achieved color code highlighted as set in Rating Scales.

Resource Allocation System (RAS)

  • Manage Allocation template is added for bulk upload data.

Recruitment

  • The HR/admin can bulk upload data from onboarding to conference room booking.
  • The HR/admin can bulk upload recruitment data from excel.
  • The group selection for approval level works in RRS Pending for Allocation and Interview Feedback Approval workflow.
  • Multiple interviews can be scheduled for one candidate at same time and/or with same panel.
  • The Domain/Department/Designation ofCV is displayed for convenience of the Recruiter in Employee Referral & Resume Bank.
  • In the Candidate Referral Page, the Resume will be parsed, and data will be visible in Add Candidate section.
  • The recruiter can view the Candidate’s current status, so that the user data is displayed in grid on the Candidate Dashboard.
  • Time zone is added in value selection dropdown of Create RRS page.

Separation

  • Two new tabs ‘Team Resignation’ and “All Resignation’ are added.

Survey

  • Survey template for bulk upload data is added.

Timeport

  • The History pop-up highlights the changes done by the user (for all roles).
  • Timeport template for bulk upload data is added.

Travel

  • Travel template for bulk upload data is added.

Expense & Reimbursement

  • Expense & Reimbursement template for bulk upload data is added.
  • The Accountant can settle Reimbursements Requests considering Advance taken if any as Reimbursements requests are mapped with Advance Taken.
